We hope this message finds you well. As the National Day holiday approaches, we'd like to share our upcoming schedule and a few important updates.

Holiday Schedule (Oct 1–7, 2026)

Our team will be on holiday from October 1st through 7th, resuming normal operations on October 8th. During this period, we'll be monitoring emails at info@carbonalbike.com periodically, so please don't hesitate to reach out if anything urgent arises.

Production & Delivery Update

We're pleased to share that our carbon rim production remains on schedule, with current lead times within 30 days. That said, we anticipate a surge in orders through October, November, and December ahead of the holiday season. To secure your preferred delivery window, we recommend placing new orders as early as possible.
