1. Can I get rims with custom spoke count? custom hole angle?

Yes, we are able to custom drill any spoke count, and most rims can have a custom hole angle. Please contact us, we will check it for you accordingly.

2. What tyre pressures should I run?

The best tyre pressure for your bike depends on many factors: the rim width, the kind of bike, the kind of tyres, rider weight, road conditions and weather conditions. Please click this link to see "the correct tyre pressure for your bicycle tyres".

3. How strong are your carbon rims? What happens if I break one?

Every piece our carbon rim has been strict tested before shipment, has the best impact strength. Because of this we offer 5 YEARS WARRANTY on all carbon rims. For specific details on how the warranty works, please reference our warranty policy page.

4. What are your recommended spoke tensions?

We recommend 110-130kgf on all carbon rims / wheels.

5. Are your clincher rims tubeless ready?

All Carbonal clincher rims are tubeless ready.

6. Do you offer custom rim mold (OEM)?

Carbonal & CarbonKing is a professional manufacturer of carbon rims and is dedicated to continuous improvement. We are able to assist you with development of your OE product as well as quality testing and manufacture, and offer competitive OEM prices. We pride ourselves on our honesty, quality and integrity. 7. Do you offer custom graphics/decal design?

If you want to have a custom graphic, we can create and install your design on the rims. Custom graphics/decal are applied after the rim sanding process and then covered with matte or glossy clear coat. This makes the graphics/decal more durable, however they are not removable. For the custom graphics/decal, please email us the details.

8. Do you offer complete wheel building?

Yes, our goal is to provide extremely high quality carbon wheels and services through careful quality control and parts selection.
